Actually, if there is no God the only negative consequences of going on a murdering spree is if you feel irrationally guilty about it or get caught. In either case, the only problem is to you, the consequences of getting caught rather than the consequences of the action. Solution: when you do what you want, don't get caught and don't feel guilty.
